You can request deletion of your TibebShop account and associated data at any time.
How to delete your account
- Log in to your TibebShop account.
- Go to Settings.
- Scroll to the Danger Zone section.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes your orders, wishlist items, comments, and chat messages. This action cannot be undone. Your user record itself is removed by our team after your request, in line with platform requirements.
Data retention
Some information may be retained where required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
